Job Description Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud for retail and e-commerce clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Optimize existing e-commerce platforms to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates Integrate third-party systems and APIs with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to e-commerce implementations Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and Salesforce Commerce Cloud updates Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Ensure adherence to best practices in e-commerce development and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud in retail and e-commerce environments Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript In-depth understanding of e-commerce best practices and industry trends Experience with API integrations and version control systems (e.g., Git) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification (preferred) Experience with other Salesforce products (preferred) Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferred) Familiarity with mobile commerce (preferred) Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
