Job Description Lead and facilitate recurring project follow-up meetings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritised, and estimated (ready for development). Manage project resources, including team, budget, and infrastructure, ensuring efficient use of available resources. Guide and empower the development team, ensuring adherence to the project management methodology. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring a continuous workflow and maintaining productivity. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the development team. Maintain transparency and effective communication with project stakeholders, keeping them informed about status and outcomes. Monitor project progress, ensuring that objectives and milestones are achieved within the established timeframe and budget. Track and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for senior management and other stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude in problem-solving. Qualifications ​​​​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with over 5 years in similar roles. In-depth knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership abilities. High resilience and perseverance in solving complex problems. Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Solid understanding of cloud-native principles and modern distributed systems Good knowledge of APIs and service-based integrations Strong conceptual understanding of microservices architecture Familiarity with event-driven architecture patterns Capability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritise tasks across different teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred). Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM) (preferred). Knowledge of E-commerce (preferred) Proficiency in English.
