Description About the Role We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Retail Energy Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with residential customers, educate them on energy-saving solutions, and help them choose the best energy plans and services to fit their needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven by performance, enjoy face-to-face interaction, and are passionate about helping customers save money and improve energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in retail or residential outreach environments Educate customers on energy programs, plans, and available savings options Identify customer needs and recommend suitable energy solutions Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments Work collaboratively with team members and field leadership Requirements Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Self-motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face High school diploma or equivalent required
