We’re looking for a Retail Execution Specialist (RES) to ensure brand visibility and product availability across key retail accounts. In this role, you’ll manage merchandising, display building, POS updates, and product placement while keeping retail spaces organized and engaging.
As the face of Green House, you’ll build strong relationships with store managers, sales teams, and clients—delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring our brand stands out. You’ll also collaborate with Program Managers, District Sales Managers, and regional stakeholders to align on goals and maximize brand impact.

Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

Account Management (95%):

  • Develop and maintain relationships with store retailers, BASN, and bottler stakeholders.
  • Responsible for servicing the assigned route while maximizing TCI (Total Case Impact)
  • Ensure product is on-shelf and available in all designated areas of the store with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.
  • Maximize sales while keeping expenses to a minimum (within budget guidelines).
  • Enhance retail presence by negotiating, building, setting, securing, and moving in-store displays and placing point-of-sale materials (where possible), assuring price tag placement by the store.
  • Secure product rotation on shelves in compliance with rotation standards, ensuring product freshness and quality.
  • Organize back rooms and cold vaults of stores, keeping these areas clean and accessible at all times.

Administrative & Reporting (5%):

  • Submit communication as prescribed by program stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM tools to record account visits and track KPI activity in real-time.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings with the Program Manager, DSM, and other stakeholders, providing feedback from retail account visits.
  • Submit expense reports (using Concur) with hard-copy receipts bi-weekly.

Main Priorities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retail, BASN, and bottler stakeholders.
  • Maximizing Total Case Impact (TCI) within the prescribed territory via best-in-class customer service.
  • Utilize Field Sales initiatives to expand shelf and/or display space for assigned brands.
  • Focus on shelf management by building and maintaining displays.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Points of Interruption (POI) and Share of Visual Inventory (SoVI).
  • Ensure proper execution of Merchandise/POS placements in all stores.
