We are currently seeking a highly motivated Retail Executive to join our Consumer Sales Team at the Digicel Store in Sigatoka, reporting to the Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation! As a Retail Executive, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently serve customers as well as win sales at the front line with up-to-date and approved sales, product and retail information. Core responsibilities: Welcome customer’s in-store with a greeting and offering assistance. Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services and informing customers about discounts and special offers. Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing cheques, cash, and store or other credit cards. Balance all money (Cash, MyCash and Cheques) taken in on a daily basis. Ensure Company assets are adequately protected against fraud theft or other suspicious activities through daily stock/bank reconciliation processes. Ensure inventory at store are properly secured and managed to meet company inventory standards. Ensure customer feedback and complains are recorded and escalated to your line manager immediately. Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role: A pass in Year 13 or equivalent. One-year working experience in a similar role in a mid to large organisation. Sound knowledge of latest mobile gadgets. Good communication, interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work constructively within a team environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Why Join Us?
