Role & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate features, benefits, and promotions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock displays according to company standards.
Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the Store Manager.
Support in promotional activities, events, and new product launches.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements : If fresher with smart communication
skills: Experience from relevant field of Tools and hardware would be advantage: Arabic speaking are preferred
Bachelor’s degree
