We’re looking for an Retail Facilities Manager at our Amsterdam HQ, 32-40 hours. What our Retail Facilities Managers do Lead our store evolution take full ownership of the operational maintenance, safety, and physical upkeep of our entire store portfolio Drive vendor performance act as the primary lead for maintenance providers, conducting monthly reviews to ensure they hit their KPIs Master our contracts manage the full lifecycle of SLAs and utility contracts, securing the best service and pricing Champion "brand-new" standards design and audit rigorous cleaning and maintenance schedules so our stores always look their best Own the Refresh Refit program lead the scheduling and execution of aesthetic and functional updates across our locations Optimise our spaces re-engineer Back of House (BOH) areas to improve ergonomics, inventory flow, and staff safety Keep us compliant ensure every site meets legal requirements for Fire Safety, HVAC, Water Hygiene, and Electrical Testing Manage the unexpected establish protocols for emergency repairs and act as the key stakeholder for H&S audits Grow the team manage and mentor one Maintenance Coordinator, supporting their professional development You have Relevant experience 4+ years in Facilities Management (if you come from Retail or Hospitality, that’s a huge plus) Project management chops experience using formal PM methodologies to deliver enhancements on time and under budget Financial literacy the ability to manage Opex and Capex budgets and provide clear monthly spend commentary A "safety first" mindset strong knowledge of statutory compliance and physical security protocols Ownership mindset comfort taking the lead on "Out of Hours" emergency responses when needed Leadership skills a natural ability to manage direct reports and external vendors effectively Languages fluency in English, both spoken and written What we offer Competitive salary Flexible hybrid work environment Time off that counts 25 holidays per year (full-time) plus tenure-based extra days (2 after 1 year, 3 after 2 years) Company pension plan Travel support reimbursement if living more than 10 km from HQ Wellbeing support collaboration with ClassPass and unlimited mental health support via OpenUp Optical perks continuous free updates of your eyewear collection plus great discounts Healthy lunches & snacks daily nutritious lunch and healthy snacks A culture to love participation in events planned by our CultureClub Site: HQAMS01
