  Position
  The Retail Field Coach has a key position in the NL Retail Multibrands team. The Field Coach is responsible for coaching, developing and managing the Retail Multibrands. This includes being their single point of contact towards all other departments but also external partners whenever it is linked to their needs and performance. The general objective of the Field Coach is to develop and align the individual performances of each retail colleague to the expected level which Dior has set out.
  The Field Coach reports to the Benelux Retail Manager Multibrands.

  Job responsibilities

KNOWING:

§ Working with Office 365 tools. Advanced Excel knowledge is a plus.
§ Fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus.
§ Driving license is needed

EXPERIENCE:

§ Training, coaching and developing teams
§ Relevant experiences in retail and/or luxury. Cosmetics is a plus.

Additional information
Our office is located in Capelle a/d Ijssel, but as Field Coach you will be spending 80% of your time in stores and travelling throughout the country. The other 20% is spent working from home or at the office.
