JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing professional Front Retail Customer Service Support Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role involves supporting the Retail support and displaying our proteins for walking traffic, also by assisting the Edmonton branch with Front Customer Service, payments, and maintaining client account records. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company while working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a retail related to food services and meat processing, front-receptionist, administrative, merchandising and focused friendly attitude to customer service role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or accounting is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with customer management or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks). At least willing learn to grow into the position.
    · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

· Strong attention to detail, especially with customer retail, merchandizing, display and correct pricing, the ability to up-sell and close sales.

  • Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Other sales and marketing related duties as assigned by management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and situations by demonstrating proficiency in problem solving and decision-making skills while communicating, customer service,
  • From Time-to-Time basic lifting of files and boxes less than 10-35lbs
