Job Title: Retail Fulfillment Manager Location: American Fork, Utah Schedule: Monday - Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 an hour Position Overview The Retail Fulfillment Manager will oversee the daily operations of Built Brands’ retail order fulfillment team at our American Fork location. This role ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality processing of retail shipments while maintaining exceptional organization, productivity, and team performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is detail-oriented, communicative, and able to direct workflow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and support a fulfillment team of approximately 5–10 employees. Oversee daily picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of retail orders. Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are shipped accurately and on schedule. Maintain inventory organization, including regular cycle counts and product rotation. Monitor workflow, assign responsibilities, and improve efficiency where needed. Communicate with internal departments including Warehouse, Production, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure fulfillment accuracy and timeline alignment. Utilize software tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internal systems for tracking and reporting. Maintain compliance with safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse environment. Identify training needs and support ongoing employee development and performance feedback. Qualifications 2+ years of retail fulfillment or retail shipping experience required. 1+ year of leadership or team management experience required. Experience working in warehouse or distribution environments preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong computer literacy and comfort learning new systems. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
