REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in operations, logistics, or order fulfilment (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with order management systems (OMS)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently
  • Knowledge of inventory control and shipping procedures is advantageous

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Retail Fulfilment Executive, you’ll be at the centre of our supply chain, ensuring our products reach retailers, wholesalers, and distribution centres smoothly, accurately, and on time. You’ll manage the order process from start to finish, coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners, and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management

  • Process and monitor customer orders from start to finish.
  • Ensure all orders are accurately entered into the order management system.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with the different teams to maintain sufficient inventory for upcoming orders.
  • Keep accurate inventory records and flag low-stock items.

Logistics Oversight

  • Liaise with couriers and logistics providers to arrange timely shipments.
  • Track deliveries, resolve delays, and manage fulfilment-related issues.

Fulfilment Operations

  • Oversee accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
  • Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and to specification.

Communication & Coordination

  • Provide timely updates to internal teams and retail partners.
  • Resolve order-related enquiries or complaints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and supply chain partners.

Performance & Process Improvement

  • Monitor KPIs such as fulfilment rate, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
