In this role, you will fulfill the promise to customers "We make you smile when you're on the move", ensuring the quality standards necessary for carrying out the activity of selling gastro products, providing the necessary specialized support to the stations for the preparation of the necessary documentation for the HACCP plan but also in any other situation. Location: Bucharest, Romania As a Retail HACCP Expert, you will be responsible for the following: Prepare and monitors the implementation of the HACCP plan for gastro activity Audit stations for compliance with the HACCP plan and propose penalties where required Propose and define the corrective measures plan if the situation requires it Propose and define the product analysis plan, sanitation, etc. Provide support to the stations in case of controls of the competent authorities Know and comply with the technical norms of labor protection and PSI and participates in the occupational medicine program Comply with the company's deadlines, procedures and regulations. Comply with the company's internal regulations and Code of Conduct. To be successful in the role, you should have: Bachelor's degree, Food/Chemistry Studies HACCP Accreditation Experience in Retail or in the food industry; Knowledge and understanding of retail operations Fluent in English, MS Office Package Excellent written and verbal communication skills; analytical thinking, attention to detail Excellent organizational skills - the ability to prioritize; flexible and adaptable approach; results-oriented What is in it for you? Responsibilities
