Our Martin Place store is a busy and vibrant location in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail/ Hospitality Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our operations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years of retail or hospitality management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Knowledge of rostering, budgeting, and stock control
  • Understanding of food safety and workplace compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store to deliver excellent customer service
  • Lead, train, roster, and supervise staff to maintain company standards
