Working in our many fantastically themed shops & Kiosks, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests have a truly immersive experience, delivering excellent service and offering world class merchandise. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service by assisting guests with their purchases and providing product information. Operate tills and handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in stocking and replenishing shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in line with brand guidelines. Help maintain shop standards and appearance through creative product displays, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Actively encourage guests to explore and purchase products, using knowledge of current promotions, special offers, and the benefits of various merchandise. Ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff by adhering to Alton Towers Resort’s safety policies and procedures. Provide guests with helpful information about the resort, including attractions and facilities. Qualifications & Experience What We’re Looking For: Friendly and Outgoing: You’ll engage with guests of all ages, so a warm and welcoming personality is essential. Guest-Focused: Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but a genuine passion for helping others is what we value most! Communication Skills: You should be comfortable interacting with guests and collaborating with your team. Flexible and Adaptable: Our retail areas can be dynamic, and you may be asked to work across various locations within the resort.
