We are currently recruiting for a Retail Host to provide a friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful service to the public at all times. In this role you will actively maximise visitor spends throughout the year to meet budgeted targets through product knowledge and effective up selling. To ensure all public areas are well stocked and point of sale areas are ready for the attraction opening and that they are maintained and kept in a clean and tidy manner throughout the day.
This is a fixed-term role to help support with our October peak period. Due to the nature of our business we need flexible availability, someone who can work week days as well as weekends and bank holidays on a roster basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong customer focus & a reliable team player
• Confidence; including being able to proactively approach hundreds of guests each day whilst on the shop floor
• Upselling experience
• Demonstrable experience of working to a high standard in a pressurised environment ideally within the retail, hospitality or the entertainments industry is preferable
• To show initiative and pro-actively assist colleagues whenever needed
• To take a proactive approach to Health & Safety ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, in order to ensure a safe working environment
• To deliver a service that goes beyond our set KPI targets and to take pride in giving truly memorable experiences to our guests
