SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Typically 5+ years of experience in a HR Management or HR Operations role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or Employment Law.
  • CIPD qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases and investigations. Experience managing ACAS.
  • Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience using HR systems and handling HR administration processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
