Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Would you like to work within the Swedish retail industry? In this role, you will collaborate closely with some of the Swedish leading retailers, helping them make better, data-driven decisions based on insights from NielsenIQ data. KEY RESPOBSIBILITIES: Build strong partnerships with clients and exceed expectations by delivering analytical insights, presentations and thought leadership in line with agreed commitments. Contribute to client retention by providing data-driven insights and supporting clients in their decision-making processes to drive business growth. Analyze complex information and collaborate with team members to create impactful presentations. Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Deliver best-in-class insights and presentations tailored to category managers, C-level executives, consumer insights teams, and other stakeholders. Take ownership of assigned client accounts by setting account strategy and ensuring successful execution. Develop and maintain annual joint business plans in close cooperation with clients, ensuring financial targets and KPI’s (such as client satisfaction) are met. Work with NielsenIQ’s tools and systems, including Discover, MS Dynamics, and MS Office. WHO IS THE PERFECT CANDIDATE? KEY REQUIREMENTS : 1 -4 years of professional or internship experience in the Retail or FMCG industry Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and/or sales experience in a client-facing role, preferably in market research or with FMCG clients or retailers. Confidence with numbers and the ability to translate numbers into insights and recommendations. Strong presentation skills. Ability to work independently Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships An engaged and ambitious mindset, unafraid to challenge the status quo. Fluent in Swedish and English.
