DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced and innovative Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. You will build and implement integrated brand marketing strategies for Apple Retail, ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will oversee key Apple Retail marketing campaigns and initiatives (e.g., Services, Expansion, Values, Accessories) from insight and strategy through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the end-to-end process. Data and insights will guide your decision-making, shaping strategies and programs that align with key business priorities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years in consumer marketing with global brands in a multi-channel environment Experience managing integrated consumer marketing campaigns for global brands across different channels including customer engagement, digital and out-bound marketing channels, social, in-store physical and digital marketing touch-points Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders alike Strong program and project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields and across levels Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations Strategically astute, able to connect the dots across different work streams with a creative approach to solving problems and building memorable customer experiences and campaigns. Ability to synthesize problem statements, opportunities, and strategic approaches in clear, convincing, compelling briefs that tell a story to influence leadership and partners across the organization. A proven track record of establishing trust, credibility, and influence across multiple partners in order to bring consensus in a highly matrixed organization
