MOL Romania, member of MOL Group, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Internal Trainer to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will support frontline employees/Hosts and Station managers/Partners from Retail network to achieve desired sales results, perform according to the standards and provide best customer service by gaining adequate knowledge and soft skills through online trainings and on-field coaching and mentoring. You will initiate and collaborate on all training-related matters within Sales & Operations department as well as with Offer management, Marketing, Network development (locally and in some cases internationally), to provide most efficient way of communicating with SeS personnel and building their knowledge and engagement for providing and best possible customer service. Location: Bucharest, Romania As a Retail Internal Trainer, you will be responsible for the following: Manage the assigned area and execute the operational standards to deliver area level goals, through cooperation with key stakeholders; Providing relevant and up-to date information about Retail projects through various communication materials (messages, articles, posts, interactive videos, and training courses) Active engagement in the Onboarding of new hires with relevant training materials, coaching and Partner engagement; Regular field visits to train frontline employees by providing feedbacks and mentoring, based on the standardized Customer Service Protocol to ensure customer satisfaction and best customer service Perform training need analysis based on results of field visits and/or knowledge level from the digital platform, propose and organize training and development actions accordingly; Create relevant Reports to monitor knowledge of frontline employees and ensure high participation and engagement in digital micro-learning platform Cooperate with other stakeholders from Retail departments as well as other BU/FU units in the identification of skills and capabilities improvement and training requirements, tailored to business needs Manage and contribute to the design, development and production of training materials, documents, and manuals, ensuring consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of the retail training program Provide coaching and development activities to the Area Sales Managers, Station managers/Partners, and frontline employees/hosts, to support effective implementation of all new and existing Retail projects and campaigns Assist with the induction and training for new service station openings; work closely with the Area Sales Managers to ensure quality standards are met; Follow up at service stations post-openings to identify any immediate training needs and provide the appropriate training; Support Station managers/Partners in organizing training activities for their staff through on-site and/or digital trainings To be successful in the role, you should have: Bachelor's degree Experience of designing, developing, and delivering training programs; Experience of conducting training needs analysis 1-3 years’ experience in retail training organization with focus on selling skills and customer service would be an advantage Managing digital training platform experience is required; Experience in working collaboratively with peers on multi-faceted projects English as a main language of communication, other CEE language is an advantage Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; Flexible and adaptable approach Highly analytical and attention to details; Self-starter with excellent motivational and inter-personal skills What is in it for you?
