SUMMARY: Castle and Key Distillery is seeking a highly organized Part-Time Retail Logistics Coordinator to execute acceptance and movement of finished goods between our offsite warehouse and Distillery. This role assists in withholding efficient supply chain operations, accurate inventory control, and timely shipments to guests and internal teams. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience in logistics, and a passion for the craft beverage industry. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Inventory: * Process inventory shipments as they are received according to standard operating procedures * Assist with fulfillment of online orders * Coordinate with E-commerce & Inventory Specialist to order and prepare product for transport to Distillery Logistics & Shipping: * Work with the internal team to coordinate the transport of products to site * Responsible for loading and transporting goods from Versailles Warehouse to Main Site via box truck * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for alcohol distribution * Maintain accurate shipping records and bills of lading * Assist onsite retail team with receiving and unloading product pallet Compliance & Safety: * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment * Follow all distillery safety protocols and OSHA guidelines ROLE REQUIREMENTS: * 1+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations (preferably in the beverage or alcohol industry). * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. and work in a warehouse environment. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment. * Flexibility to adapt and shift as the project grows. * Must have a valid drivers license and ability to drive a box truck.
