Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Achieving daily personal sales targets. Ensuring excellent customer service. General upkeep of the sales floor. Demoing r/c products and toys for customers. Merchandising. Cash handling. Key holders will also be responsible for opening and closing the store. Oversee execution of tasks as directed by Store Management. Ensuring that the store is clean and organized. Assisting cashiers in periods of high customer volume. Supervising the cleaning and delivery staff and overseeing them outside of business hours. Identifying problems with working conditions and reporting them to management. You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills: 1+ years in a retail/sales-oriented position Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of pop culture, toys, puzzles, board games, and trading card games is preferred. Presentable demeanor and friendly nature. Diligent and responsible attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills. Pay Rate (per hour): $16.50 - $17.00 Benefits: Casual Dress Store Discount Flexible Schedule Being surrounded by people and products you love! This position is for the Mall in Columbia location.
Responsibilities
