That Good Hair is a plant-powered natural hair brand for curly hair and sensitive scalps. We’re opening a new kiosk in Milton Keynes and need a reliable, fun Kiosk Manager to lead the team, hit sales targets and deliver brilliant customer experiences.

THE ROLE

As Kiosk Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day kiosk operations: own sales targets, lead and coach a small team, manage stock and ensure the kiosk looks on-brand. You’ll be the main point of contact for centre partners and local promotions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences; Recommend products based on customer requirements
• Own daily & weekly sales targets; monitor metrics (transactions/hr, AOV, conversion).
• Train, onboard and coach sales assistants; build the weekly rota.
• Maintain on-brand visual merchandising and stock levels.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling and basic maintenance reporting.
• Resolve customer queries and refunds professionally.
• Submit weekly performance reports and suggest small experiments to improve sales.
