The Job Retail Leads play a pivotal role in evo's retail operations by leading and maintaining operational excellence including but not limited to, store inventory management, ship to store pick-up operations and ship from store, and providing guidance and support to frontline employees. They are responsible for leading and developing retail team members, maintaining a positive customer experience, achieving sales goals, and upholding evo's visual merchandising standards. The Company reserves the right to alter these benefits and perks in whole or in part at any time. *Benefit not eligible for seasonal employees The Opportunity Collaborate with the Store Supervisors to positively influence employee productivity, customer experience, and sales goals. Uphold evo's visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment. Provide on-the-spot coaching to staff, addressing performance, customer service, and work ethic. Lead by example, consistently meeting and exceeding goals and expectations set by the retail leadership team. Execute store sales/promotions, markdowns, transfers, shipments, and merchandising projects. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, including register management and nightly walkthroughs. Exemplify customer service standards, maintaining a welcoming and positive demeanor. Check in with staff throughout the day, manage lunch schedules, and ensure floor coverage. Provide feedback on product assortment to the Supervisor and/or Manager. Lead store operations including receiving, processing and restocking inventory. Other duties as assigned. Requirements The Must Haves Previous experience in a retail role is preferred. Proficiency in using retail systems and software (e.g., NetSuite, evoPOS, BRM, HighJump).
