QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• To help and support the Retail & Fastrack department in achieving sales, profit protection, service and H&S targets and standards.
• Daily operation of units, ensuring the opening and closing is completed, handling queries from both guests & team members and using enhanced till privileges to perform refunds, cashing out and financial checks
• Assisting the Retail & Fastrack Management Team by overseeing seasonal host and senior host teams and supporting with performance management & development
• Conduct regular mystery shop audits and be prepared to give feedback & development points directly to the member of staff involved
• Ensure that the shops, units and kiosks are always presented in an industry leading way, with cleanliness, accuracy of pricing and stock availability in the forefront
