Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the L&D Manager, you will lead a talented team dedicated to enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance across the business. This role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Talent & Capability and key stakeholders to create a comprehensive L&D strategy that identifies and addresses skill gaps, maximises training opportunities, and aligns with our strategic goals. This is a permanent full time position based in our Melbourne office.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Inspire and guide a high-performing team, by providing hands-on coaching and supporting them in their professional development.
  • Create and implement a holistic learning strategy by conducting needs assessments and managing the L&D budget to maximise impact.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of a wide range of L&D initiatives, including technical and soft skills training.
  • Oversee a variety of learning programs that use different methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to meet diverse employee needs.
  • Drive the integration of new learning technologies to enhance learner engagement and continuously improve our L&D offerings.
  • Work with P&P business partners, subject matter experts, and external vendors to deliver training that aligns with our business objectives and makes a measurable impact.
