As a Retail Learning Manager, you will plan, implement and lead innovative training and development programs to meet the needs of the business. We believe people make the difference. The appointed candidate will be offered salary within the annual range of $110,000-$140,000CAD, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and the option for DPSP retirement employer contribution and RRSP.
