Description Enters residential and consumer loan data in the system and prepares loan documents for loan closing. Requirements Verifies the data input by the loan officer in the loan software system for loan applications. Accurately prepares, prints, and mails out all early loan disclosures necessary for the loan product that application was submitted. Prepares file for underwriters. Coordinates with loan officers to meet deadlines for loan closings after approval process. Ensures loan collateral is fully insured with proper insurance in file with the bank listed as lienholder or mortgagee. Orders appraisals, flood determination, legal and title work. Works with title company to prepare closing disclosure in timely manner for delivery to customer within regulatory time frame. Accurately prepares loan closing documents and gets delivered to appropriate person handling the closing. Processes collateral to secure lien for loan. Processes signed loan documents and prepare loan to be booked after closing. Scans documents into synergy. Initiates wire transfer, if required. Maintains an organized system of loans in process. Tracks incomplete files until missing documents are received. Checks post-closing documents for accuracy and processes documents into synergy when received from title companies.
