Job Title: Retail Logistics Supervisor Reports To: Assistant Retail Manager Summary: HarborWalk Village offers waterfront shopping, boat, pontoon and jet ski rentals, world class fishing, aqua adventures, dolphin cruises, clubs and nightlife, weekly fireworks, seasonal festivals, live entertainment, and a variety of restaurants. The Retail Logistics Supervisor is accountable for the overall success of the General Store with specialized focus on inventory life cycle, merchandising receiving, operational compliance, executing markdown strategies, and driving sales through a focus on performance and people development. The General Store is a high-traffic waterfront retail store serving both boaters and the Village tourists. Located at HarborWalk Village in Destin, FL, this store offers apparel, HarborWalk and Destin souvenirs, gifts, snacks & beverages, gas, and boating & fishing essentials.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Inventory Life Cycle: * Lead team in proper procedures in receiving & processing new retail product, FIFO rotations, tagging, markdown strategies with aged merchandise, etc. * Maintain stocking standards in store and stockroom * Assist in staging product for visual merchandising displays * Complete and communicate all relevant inventory reporting * Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workplace to include all equipment and areas in store and stockroom * Organizing aging inventory and support coordinating sales events. *   * Team Leadership: * Assist in training stock associates on all relevant work tasks * Lead and motivate store associates through leadership competencies, mission, and values * Demonstrate teamwork through collaboration and communication * Engage in respectful accountability conversations to support associate performance * Guest Service: * Greet all General Store and Marina guests promptly * Consistently provide elevated guest service to all store guests through uplifting communication and engagement. * Responding professionally to customer complaints, issues, or inquiries. * Maintain quality of the merchandise from receipt to sale with care and proper handling to ensure a ‘Legendary’ guest experience through our product * Other duties as assigned.  Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with confidence. License Requirements  Valid driver’s license that has been in effect for at least three years, with no major violations and no more than two minor violations in the past three years. Rules and Regulations  All employees must adhere to all safety rules and regulations required by local, State and Federal authorities, wear the appropriate personal protective equipment necessary to perform the job in a safe manner and will follow all safety rules per the Company’s Safety Policy.  Work Environment The work environment is primarily office/store-based at the marina; however, it may require occasional outdoor work to greet customers at the dock or assist with boat preparation.
