JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in math skills for handling cash transactions and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability in sales management with a focus on achieving results.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and staff.
• Experience in recruiting and training employees is highly desirable.
