About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the opening of our new Bras N Things store in Auckland Airport!
Our new store will be located in Manawa Bay, 4 Leonard Isitt Drive
Store Manager will be full time requiring to work Tuesday - Saturday.

Assistant Store Manager will be requiring to work Sunday - Thursday.

• Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
• Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
• The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
• Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
• Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team
