(M-F 8:30 am - 4:30 pm) As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional-based sales and superior customer service. You will be expected to actively listen to customers’ needs in order to provide appropriate products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Essential Job Functions: Ensure a high level of customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs in order to provide appropriate products and services. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in retail banking initiatives. Cross-sell financial services to existing and prospective customers of the bank. Promote the Bank's products and services to customers. Ensure customer service satisfaction and customer retention.
