Our client, McDonald’s is seeking an experienced and dynamic store manager to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling and training
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Handle cash flow, sales reports, and budgeting
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Exhibit a positive attitude, good team spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Exhibit excellent communication, organisational, time and resource management skills
