• Customer Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, manage bookings, and assist walk-ins with a smile. Dealing professionally with customer complaints.
• Sales and Merchandising: Actively promote and upsell merchandise options. Cash management.
• Maintenance– Ensure the smooth running of the experience and create a welcoming, well-presented environment.
• Operational Support: Assist with opening/closing procedures and perform inventory.
• Team Reporting: Guide and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional experience with enthusiasm and confidence.
