Key Responsibilities
Manage Day to Day Store Operations,
Lead and Supervise a team of Sale/CSR Staff, in a Very Busy Service Station
Maintain Optimal Stock Levels and Liaise with Suppliers.
Maintain and Monitor Fuel Stocks such as Ordering, projection reports, pricing etc.
Monitor, Set and make sure with Staff to Achieve Sales Targets.
Ensure Very High Standards of Customer service and customer Satisfaction, resolve customer’s issues efficiently.
Oversee Visual Merchandising, Store Layout and Promotional Displays.
Prepare Budgets, Sales Reports, financial Summaries for Senior Managements.
Ensure Compliance with WHS, SIRA Fuel Reports, Safety and Maintenance of Fuel Equipments.
Monitoring of Fuel Pricing in the Area
Keep an Eye on nearby Competitors to match prices and Promotions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 3 Years Experience in a Similar management role
Strong Leadership, Communications, Interpersonal Skills
Proven Ability to meet Sales Targets and Manage Team Performance
Knowledge of Stock Control and Visual Merchandising best Practices.
Diploma Level Qualifications in retail, business or a relative fields.
Handling Cash and EFTPOS
