Responsibilities
  • Assist store in achieving the store business goals and objectives.
  • Lead in setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.
  • Monitor staff performance on a regular basis and identify areas of training and improvement when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
  • Identify and implement strategies to grow CRM database and increase existing base of VIP customers.
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times.
  • Be a role model to all staff in work performance, customer service and other relevant scope of duties.
  • Support in collating data for all reports pertaining to sales, customer service, accounts and logistics.
  • Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the retail operations team to optimise sell-thru.
  • Support and responsible for the stock holding.
  • Will have and maintain at all times competent product knowledge.
  • Quality leadership skills to lead the staff to perform to their fullest potential.
  • Possess effective communication skills and team spirit.
  • Build and maintain good rapport with stakeholders.
  • Conduct staff appraisal and annual performance review.
