• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Has good computer and point-of-sale skills
• Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
• Is positive, approachable and enjoys being part of a team
• Is aligned with our values and puts people first
• Experience in pharmacy, health, beauty or community retail would be highly regarded, but we are also open to experienced retail leaders from other industries.
