RETAIL MANAGER – FISH PIER DONCASTER

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 per annum (plus superannuation) for 38 hours per week
Fish Pier is a leading fresh seafood retailer dedicated to providing customers with premium quality seafood, exceptional service, and a great shopping experience. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily operations at our store located in Westfield Doncaster.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a retail management role (seafood or fresh food retail experience highly regarded)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage budgets, stock control, and staff performance
• Sound knowledge of retail operations, marketing, and customer engagement
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required

• Organising and controlling the operations of the store to ensure smooth daily running
• Determining product mix, stock levels, and service standards
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, including setting prices
• Promoting and advertising the store’s goods and services to attract and retain customers
• Selling products and advising customers on use, preparation, and product knowledge
• Maintaining records of stock levels, financial transactions, and sales reports
• Undertaking budgeting and cost control for the store
• Selecting, training, supervising, and rostering staff to deliver consistent service
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
