We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
• formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
• promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
• selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
• maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• undertaking budgeting for the establishment
• controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail management role, or a qualification at Diploma level or above in Business Management, Retail Management, or Hospitality Management
• Proven experience managing large teams in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
• Strong understanding of stock management, labour cost control, and sales performance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
