ABOUT THE ROLE

Mackay City Auto Group is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our busy General Fleet Service operations in Mackay, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the efficient operation of our fleet servicing division.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage a team of vehicle service technicians and support staff to ensure high quality and timely service delivery
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet servicing department, including scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and overall business performance
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
