Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Retail Manager who can work within a dynamic and high performing environment.

Key duties will include but not limited to:

• Assessing and managing the appropriate range of products, inventory quantities, and customer service standards.

• Developing and executing purchasing and marketing strategies while establishing competitive pricing.

• Planning and coordinating promotional and advertising activities for the business’s products and services.

• Assisting customers with product selection and providing guidance on the use and features of goods and services.

• Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records, sales information, and financial transaction documentation.

• Preparing, managing, and monitoring budgets to support the financial operations of the establishment.

• Recruiting, selecting, training, allocating, and supervising employees to maintain effective staff performance.

• Implementing and monitoring workplace health and safety procedures in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead by example

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Passionate about creating an inspiring and rewarding team culture

Salary:

$79,500 salary annually exclusive of superannuation
