We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Retail Manager to shape the retail strategy at Cadbury World. From visual merchandising to product launches and revenue targets, this is your chance to lead one of the UK’s busiest attraction stores and create a world-class experience for every guest.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Commercially minded, with a strong track record of hitting revenue goals
  • Highly experienced in leading large-scale retail operations
  • Skilled in forecasting, sales analysis and budget control
  • Knowledge of stock management, supplier partnerships and cost control
  • Confident coaching and developing teams to hit guest experience targets
  • Able to turn retail insights into action fast
  • Up to date with food safety, health & safety and PCI standards
  • Experienced with POS systems, retail tech and promotions tracking
  • Creative with store layout and product placement to maximise sales
  • Resilient, people-focused and great under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the retail strategy, driving sales and shaping guest experience.
  • Lead, train and develop a large team across multiple retail zones.
  • Optimise performance through creative merchandising, pricing and promotions.
  • Partner with our retail suppliers (including Mondelez) to deliver bold, unique products.
  • Use data to track success, forecast sales and plan stock and staffing.
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing and performance across all retail units.
  • Ensure PCI compliance, food safety and all health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximise impact and seasonal success.
  • Deliver engaging retail spaces that react to guest trends and weather patterns.
  • Manage budgets, reduce shrinkage, and own profit margins.
    This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 days out of 7. This will include weekends and bank holidays on a roster basis.
