Are you an experienced leader in the retail or customer service industry? MVD Express, a company with deep roots in Montana and New Mexico, is looking for a Retail Manager to supervise our Bozeman office. You’ll lead a small, close-knit team of 4-5 employees, helping us deliver top-notch customer service for driver’s licenses, titles, registrations, and other essential motor vehicle services to both walk-in and appointment-based customers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are key to success in this role. Tech-savviness and a desire to grow with our company are also highly valued.

As Retail Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and coach your team, and ensure smooth and efficient service to our customers.
