Description

We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Retail Manager to strengthen our retail presence in the European market (Germany). In this role, you will initially spend a significant amount of time on the field working closely with stores, implementing retail actions, and ensuring our brand is represented at its best. Over time, the role will evolve into a broader leadership position where you will build and manage a retail team, set long-term strategies, and drive retail excellence across Europe.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills. Proficiency in additional European languages or Chinese is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, channel management, or trade marketing in the European market. Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances is highly preferred.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Europe, especially in the first period of the role.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive both in field execution and in strategic planning.
  • Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Analytical skills to turn field data and insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Be actively present in stores to secure best-in-class execution, build relationships with retail partners, and gather insights directly from the field.
  • Establish, lead, and develop the retail team, setting mid- and long-term goals, defining OKRs, and driving performance management.
  • Plan, lead, and execute the annual POSM (Point of Sale Materials) strategy in line with brand guidelines to deliver strong visibility and sell-out impact.
  • Support product launches by collecting field feedback, leading the creation of training materials, and continuously optimizing retail activation.
  • Develop and optimize retail management data systems to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
