We’re opening our stunning new York showroom and are looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Manager of Showroom to lead from the front.

THE ROLE

As Retail Manager of Showroom, you’ll be the face of our Riverside store — inspiring your team, engaging with customers, and ensuring the showroom always looks its best. You’ll combine a warm, professional manner with commercial awareness to drive sales, manage daily operations, and make sure every visitor leaves feeling valued.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and engage with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to the perfect products.
• Develop expert knowledge of our full product range, including features, benefits, and maintenance advice.
• Proactively drive sales, deliver product demonstrations, and prepare accurate quotations and orders.
• Maintain the showroom to a high standard, with eye-catching displays and merchandising.
• Keep up to date with competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights with the management team.
• Oversee daily operations, from opening and closing routines to stock management and paperwork.
• Support team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
• Travel when required to support other showrooms, events, or training – driving licence essential.
