Retail Manager / Pool Industry

We are looking for a Full Time Retail Manager at our two Poolwerx stores in Boronia and Lilydale. It's being the friendly face clients rely on when they walk through the door. It's the satisfaction of solving problems, supporting our clients, and knowing your work makes a real impact. Key responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store
• Training and developing a team of retail assistants
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Customer service
• Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions
• Stock control and merchandising
• Store opening and cash handling

About you

• Current unrestricted drivers licence required
• Consent to a police clearance check
• Self-motivated and good at thinking on your feet
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own client base
• Experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry is desirable but not essential
• Learning attitude
