JOB DESCRIPTION

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
Retail is about storytelling, curation, and creating a seamless guest experience. As our Retail Manager, you will take ownership of our in-store and online retail spaces, ensuring they are as inviting and inspiring as the products we showcase. Working closely with the E-Commerce team, you will help bridge the physical and digital retail experience, optimising online sales, enhancing product storytelling, and driving engagement across all platforms.
With a focus on performance, guest interaction, and trend-driven curation, you’ll play a key role in shaping our retail presence within the luxury wellness space. Your expertise will ensure a cohesive shopping journey, from in-store discovery to seamless online purchasing, making every interaction with our brand feel exceptional.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across all retail spaces, ensuring a smooth and engaging guest experience.
  • Analyse trends, adjust strategies, and create initiatives to maximise revenue.
  • Stay ahead of wellness and lifestyle trends to refine product selections and enhance the guest journey.
  • Work with spa associates, marketing, and suppliers to develop promotions, displays, and exclusive experiences.
  • Train and motivate the team to confidently engage with guests and deliver an elevated level of service.
