• Identify areas for improvement and implement creative solutions to streamline operations
• Motivate and coach your team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Ensure the store is visually inviting and merchandised to maximize sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming, knowledgeable in-store experience
• Collaborate with ownership on strategy, promotions, and growth opportunities
• Oversee scheduling, training, and team development
