Experience:

• Retail management: 4 years (Preferred

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising retail staff.
• Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring products are displayed effectively.
• Meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints.
• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
• Promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services.
• Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
• Managing budgets, tracking sales data, and ensuring profitability.
• Implementing marketing strategies to attract customers and promote sales.
• Ensuring the stores comply with health and safety regulations.
• Developing relationships with suppliers, sales representatives, and other businesses.
