We’re launching our flagship store in Bentleigh East and are looking for a Retail Manager who lives and breathes the health and fitness industry, knows the ins and outs of supplements, and has strong retail and marketing skills to drive our brand from the ground up.

THE ROLE:

As our Retail Manager, you’ll be the face of the store—leading daily operations, driving sales, creating strong customer relationships, and executing local marketing campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the store culture and help grow a loyal community.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Managing daily store operations and delivering exceptional customer service
• Leading, training, and motivating casual staff
• Managing inventory, stock orders, and visual merchandising
• Developing and executing local marketing strategies (events, sampling, social content)
• Building strong product knowledge across our supplement and wellness range
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Working directly with the company founders on growth opportunities
