JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Retail Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
